Mick Jagger maintains intense fitness and diet routine at age 83

At 83 years old, Rolling Stones vocalist Mick Jagger maintains a rigorous physical training and nutrition regimen to support his demanding concert tours. Jagger trains five to six days per week, alternating between gym sessions, dance, and sprints to build aerobic endurance.

His routine includes running up to 12 kilometers, though he substitutes this with swimming, cycling, or kickboxing depending on weather or scheduling. To maintain the flexibility and balance required for his stage performances, he also practices ballet, yoga, and Pilates. For many years, his training was supervised by Norwegian professional Torje Eike, who has worked with Olympic athletes.

Regarding nutrition, Jagger prioritizes organic products, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains such as brown rice and whole-wheat pasta. His primary protein sources are chicken and fish, while he avoids red meat and highly processed foods.
