Mickie James cancels Hamilton Comic Con appearance due to eye injury

Professional wrestler Mickie James was forced to cancel her appearance at the Hamilton Comic Con in Ontario, Canada, due to a minor eye injury.

James shared on social media that the injury occurred at a farm on a Friday, making it difficult for her to open her eyes. She noted that the lights and makeup required for the event were particularly painful, leading her to return home after an arduous flight to Ontario. She apologized to fans and expressed her intention to make it up to them.

James, a former WWE Women’s and TNA Knockouts Champion, was part of a lineup that included other wrestling figures such as Bret Hart, Candice Michelle, and Gail Kim.
