Mickoski confirms Albanian language classes at Police High School
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski has confirmed that the ‘7 Maji’ Police High School will offer classes in the Albanian language and other languages this year, provided certain conditions are met. He stated that there should be no challenges for registered students or their parents regarding language access.
Mickoski noted that interest in the school has been relatively low. Out of approximately 453 registered students, 41 non-Macedonian ethnic students passed the first screening stage. To address this, the government has lowered certain criteria and decided to admit all students who passed the initial filter, which is based on exemplary behavior and attendance.
The Prime Minister emphasized that these standards align with NATO and EU requirements, noting that the government aims to follow these protocols to facilitate integration into those organizations.
