Micky Maus Magazin celebrates 75th anniversary with Berlin pop-up store

Egmont Ehapa Media is celebrating a dual anniversary marking 75 years of publishing success and 75 years of the Micky Maus Magazin. The magazine, which first debuted on August 29, 1951, under the title ‘Micky Maus – das bunte Monatsheft’, has sold over 1.3 billion copies worldwide.

To commemorate the milestone, a unique pop-up store will open at Bikini Berlin on August 26. The store will run for four weeks, offering comics, exclusive collector items, and interactive activities, including live drawing sessions with Disney artists Ulrich Schröder and Flemming Andersen.

A special anniversary issue (19/26) will also be released, featuring various stories involving characters such as Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and the nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
