Micro-car market overview: Key electric and diesel quadricycle models

Several manufacturers are offering various options in the light quadricycle and micro-car segment, catering to urban mobility needs.

Citroën’s Ami is a prominent electric model featuring a 5.5 kWh battery, a 75 km range, and a starting price of €8,190. The Fiat Topolino, which shares the Ami’s technical base, offers a retro design with a starting price of €9,890.

Other notable models include the Microlino by Micro Mobility Systems, an electric micro-car inspired by the 1950s Isetta, with ranges between 95 km and 230 km and prices starting at €17,990. The French manufacturer Aixam is introducing the Aixam Easy, available in both electric and diesel versions, with prices starting around €10,500 for electric models.

Additionally, the Chinese-made Linktour Alumi is entering the European market with an aluminum body and prices starting at €9,990.
