To build a functional roadmap for health, it is recommended to focus on three core pillars: nourishing the mind through brief periods of silence or journaling, moving the body with consistent but low-intensity activities like daily walks, and protecting energy by disconnecting from digital screens before sleep. The goal is to reduce the friction of starting by breaking intimidating goals into tiny, manageable steps.
