Microchip Technology wins overall Leading EDGE Award 2026

The 2026 EDGE Awards have announced their winners and honorees, recognizing innovation in design and engineering across various industrial and technological categories. The awards were determined by readers of Electronic Design and its affiliate brands, including Automation World, Control Design, and Machine Design.

Microchip Technology Inc. was named the overall Leading EDGE Winner for its Switchtec Gen 6 PCIe Switches. Other notable winners include Semtech for its LoRa Plus LR2021 Fourth-generation LoRa IP in the Communications & Networks category, Rockwell Automation for its EtherNet/IP In-Cabinet Solution in Cabling & Enclosures, and Adaptec for its SmartRAID 4300 storage accelerators in the Computing Hardware, Software and Systems category.
