Microlino electric microcar joins MAUTO permanent collection

The Microlino, an Italian-made electric microcar, has been added to the permanent collection of the Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile (MAUTO). This recognition is notable as the vehicle is still currently on the market, whereas museum acquisitions typically feature historical models.

Produced in Turin, the Microlino draws stylistic inspiration from the classic 1950s Isetta, featuring a distinctive front-opening door. The vehicle is designed for urban mobility, measuring 2.50 meters in length with a top speed of 90 km/h. Its inclusion in the museum serves as a testament to the current industry shift toward electric propulsion and compact urban transport solutions.
