Micron secures automotive memory deals with Hyundai Mobis, Harman, GM

Micron Technology has signed strategic customer agreements (SCAs) with several automotive technology partners, including Hyundai Mobis, Harman, Qualcomm, Visteon, Joynext, Denso, Astemo and General Motors. The agreements lock in supply volumes and pricing for three to five years, giving both Micron and its customers greater visibility as memory supply tightens. Micron highlighted that the deals will help vehicle platforms deliver richer, safer and more intelligent experiences, while the partners expect improved business planning and a more resilient automotive supply ecosystem. The company also noted its recent $2 billion investment in modernising its DRAM fab in Manassas, Virginia, to support long‑term production of automotive‑grade memory and storage solutions.
