Microsoft 365 Copilot adds Outlook notebook, Teams‑Planner integration and new training courses

Microsoft announced several enhancements to its 365 Copilot suite. Outlook now places email content into Copilot Notebooks and shows a concise answer above search results, speeding information retrieval. In Teams, meeting notes can be linked directly to existing Planner plans, improving task visibility. Copilot Cowork shifts to a usage‑based billing model in the Frontier offering, prompting organisations to monitor consumption. Administrators can also publish organisation‑wide prompts to standardise Copilot Chat responses, while the Send Availability feature in Outlook mobile apps is retired.

Elephorm released a series of professional video courses covering Copilot Chat, prompt engineering and broader generative‑AI tools within Microsoft 365. The curricula teach users to generate accurate responses, automate routine tasks, create visuals with Copilot Create and integrate AI into daily workflows across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Forms.
