Microsoft 365 Copilot to enable mobile Outlook email drafting

Microsoft is introducing an update to Microsoft 365 Copilot on mobile to streamline email workflows. The update allows users to draft, review, and move Outlook emails directly within the Copilot Chat interface without switching applications.

This feature aims to reduce interruptions by providing an embedded Outlook compose interface. Users can request an email draft through the chat and then open the message in Outlook Mobile for final editing and sending. The worldwide rollout is scheduled to begin in mid-August 2026 and is expected to conclude by mid-September 2026.
