Microsoft and HubSpot see analyst upgrades amid AI growth

Wall Street analysts have issued several significant rating updates and price target adjustments across various sectors. Stifel upgraded Microsoft to a Buy rating with a price target of $575, citing confidence in the company’s ability to sustain revenue growth through its LLM-agnostic strategy.

HubSpot shares rose following the expansion of its partnership with OpenAI, which includes deeper ChatGPT CRM integration and new ChatGPT Ads support. The company also introduced the Breeze Assistant and an AI Growth Bundle for small and midsize businesses. Following these developments, several firms including RBC, Truist, and UBS updated their ratings or price targets.

In other moves, UBS issued a Buy rating for Hut 8 Corp with a $143 price target, highlighting its secured leasing portfolio and high-quality tenants. Meanwhile, Hope Bancorp received mixed but generally positive attention, with Benchmark raising its rating to Hold and other analysts maintaining Buy ratings with increased price targets.
