Microsoft and Snowflake Get AI‑Driven Price Target Boosts
Citizens analyst Patrick Walravens raised his outlook on Microsoft, assigning an "outperform" rating and a $550 price target despite the stock slipping 3.9% to $442.56. The bullish case centers on Microsoft’s push for AI sovereignty and the development of a full AI technology stack spanning infrastructure, cloud, and software, which the analyst says could drive accelerating revenue growth.
BTIG analyst Gray Powell lifted Snowflake’s price target to $325 from $280 and kept a "buy" rating while the stock fell 7.6% to $241.28. The upgrade focuses on Snowflake’s new AI offerings, Cortex Code and CoWork, which are expected to speed data migrations, deepen customer stickiness and open new revenue streams. Both firms are positioned to benefit from expanding AI adoption.
