Microsoft and Thailand's NCSA host Zero Trust workshop

Microsoft and Thailand’s National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) held a workshop in early September focused on Zero Trust security guidelines. The initiative aims to address security for both the public and private sectors, specifically targeting Thailand’s critical information infrastructure.

The Zero Trust model moves away from traditional perimeter-based security, which assumes internal networks are inherently safe. Instead, the principle requires that every access request be verified, regardless of whether it originates from inside or outside the network. This approach shifts the security focus from the environment to the specific request, ensuring that trust is never implicitly granted.
