Microsoft Edge tests Apple Account sign-in support

Microsoft is testing a new sign-in method for the Edge browser that allows users to authenticate using an Apple Account instead of a Microsoft account. This feature has been identified in Edge Canary and Edge Beta 152 builds.

By enabling Apple Account support, users can more easily sync bookmarks, history, and other browser data across different devices, such as a Windows PC and an iPhone. This follows a similar integration previously implemented for Google accounts. Microsoft has indicated that the rollout is being tested on both Windows and macOS platforms through controlled deployment.
