Microsoft Outlook introduces unified inbox feature

Microsoft is rolling out a new “All Accounts” feature for the new Outlook for Windows, allowing users to view and manage emails from multiple accounts in a single, unified inbox. This update aims to eliminate the need for users to manually switch between different providers such as Gmail, Outlook.com, T-Online, or Microsoft 365 business accounts.

While the unified view allows users to read, reply, delete, archive, and move messages from various accounts in one list, the original mailboxes remain completely separate. The global rollout began in late September 2026 and is expected to be completed by the end of October 2026. Because the deployment is being handled in stages, the feature may not be immediately available to all users.
