Microsoft Outlook to block emails with typos before sending
Microsoft is introducing a new feature to the new version of Outlook designed to prevent users from sending emails containing spelling errors. The functionality, titled “Spell check before sending emails in the new Outlook,” will intercept messages upon clicking “Send,” analyze them, and block the transmission if an error is detected.
According to Microsoft’s 365 Message Center, users can configure this automatic check to avoid manual verification. The global rollout is scheduled to begin in mid-October and conclude by the end of the month, with remaining users expected to receive the update between mid-November and early December.
