Microsoft updates Windows 11 with new Print Management app and Insider ISOs

Microsoft is advancing updates for Windows 11, including a modernized Print Management app and new Insider Preview ISO files.

The new Print Management app has reached the Release Preview stage. Built with WinUI 3, the application aims to replace legacy tools with a modern interface while maintaining essential administrative functions. It allows for the management of printers, queues, drivers, ports, and print servers. While it features a refreshed sidebar and updated dialogs, some legacy interfaces remain, and the app may require administrative privileges.

Additionally, Microsoft has released official Windows 11 ISO files for various Insider Preview builds, including those for the Experimental and Beta channels. These ISOs enable users to perform clean installations or in-place upgrades to test upcoming features and system improvements. Microsoft advises using these preview builds on secondary devices or virtual machines due to potential bugs and stability issues.
