Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Support Tools and Advanced Startup Options

Microsoft provides built‑in support utilities for Windows 10 and Windows 11. The Get Help app serves as a central hub for tutorials, FAQs, community forums and direct contact with support agents, reachable via the Start menu, Settings → System → Troubleshoot, or Windows Search. It also offers automated troubleshooters for common issues such as network, sound, printer and update problems.

Advanced Startup options in Windows 11 can be launched through several methods: the Settings → System → Recovery page, the Power‑button + Shift shortcut, the command `shutdown /r /o`, booting from a Windows installation or recovery USB drive, or by triggering Automatic Repair after repeated failed boots. These options allow users to repair, reset, or reinstall the operating system when normal booting fails.
