Bitcoin rally drives surges for Strategy Inc and Strive Inc

Bitcoin is experiencing a significant market rally, recently trading above $85,000 and marking its strongest September performance since 2012. This upward momentum is being driven by renewed inflows into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs and substantial derivatives activity.

Corporate entities with large Bitcoin treasuries are seeing direct impacts on their valuations. Strategy Inc (formerly MicroStrategy) recently resumed its accumulation strategy, purchasing 950 Bitcoin for approximately $75.7 million. This brings the company’s total holdings to roughly 846,000 BTC, making it a major corporate holder. Consequently, Strategy’s stock has seen significant volatility and recent gains, closely tracking the price of Bitcoin.

Similarly, Dallas-based Strive Inc disclosed the purchase of 1,355 Bitcoin between September 14 and September 18 at an average price of $79,475 per coin. This acquisition increases Strive’s total holdings to 26,355 BTC. While Strategy’s stock has surged, Strive has also faced market fluctuations, including a recent gap down in share price despite its ongoing accumulation campaign.
