Micware Co. finalizes group business reorganization

Micware Co., Ltd., a Japan-based provider of software development and IT solutions for the automotive and mobility sectors, has finalized its group business reorganization. The new structure, effective September 1, 2026, aims to optimize promotion structures for its two primary platform businesses: DynaPlanet and micAuto-PF.

Under the reorganization, Micware Navigations Co., Ltd. will change its name to Micware Spacia Co., Ltd. and will consolidate location-based services. The company is also reallocating business segments among Micware Automotive Co., Ltd. and Micware Mobility Co., Ltd. to enhance operational efficiency.

The DynaPlanet platform focuses on building a spatial information foundation for AI and digital services through spatial data. The micAuto-PF platform targets the software-defined vehicle (SDV) era, focusing on in-vehicle infotainment (IVI), advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), connected services, and quality assurance.
