Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations feature new mooncake collections

Various culinary brands are introducing special collections to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, blending traditional symbolism with modern flavors.

China Tang Dubai, located in The Lana Promenade, is offering a special Mid-Autumn Set available on 25, 26, and 27 September. The set includes a classic red bean paste mooncake and two rabbit-shaped Jade Rabbit Hazelnut Crunch mooncakes, inspired by the legend of Chang’e and the mythical Jade Rabbit. The set is priced at AED 78, or AED 98 including tea.

OVERSEA has unveiled its 2026 Moonlight Collection, which features a variety of mooncakes including traditional baked versions, Momoyama-style pastries, and soft snow skin creations. The collection introduces contemporary flavors such as tea, cream cheese, caramel, tropical fruit, and boba to appeal to modern palates, including a Momoyama Peach Tea Cream Cheese Mooncake.
