Mid-Missouri and Northwest Wisconsin Expect Light Showers and Cooler Temperatures
A mild weather pattern will bring scattered showers to mid‑Missouri on Friday, with daytime highs climbing into the mid‑70s to low‑80s before a chance of additional rain on Saturday night. Temperatures will dip to the upper 50s early Friday, then warm again after the showers exit on Monday.
In northwest Wisconsin, cooler highs in the low‑60s on Friday will be accompanied by a slight chance of rain that could develop into stronger thunderstorms in northeast Minnesota and across the region. Forecast models indicate possible wind gusts up to 50 mph, hail up to one inch, and frequent lightning, mainly between 1 pm and 9 pm, before the rain tapers off toward evening.
