Middle Black Sea Development Agency announces 100 million TL support program

The Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) held its October 2026 Board of Directors meeting, chaired by Tokat Governor Abdullah Köklü and hosted by Samsun Governor Orhan Tavlı. The meeting focused on regional development programs and significant financial support initiatives.

A new 100 million TL support program, titled ‘Anadoludakilerle Yaşayan Değerler Mali Destek Programı’, has been designed to commercialize traditional and local products. This program aims to increase value-added goods and facilitate access to national and international markets. It will target cooperatives, small businesses, and public companies, providing assistance in areas such as production infrastructure, standardization, packaging, branding, certification, e-commerce, and e-export.

Additionally, under the Local Development Move Incentive Program, 20 projects have been approved for the 2025 call period. These projects, which include sectors like fruit waste utilization, liquid egg production, geothermal greenhouse establishment, and motor vehicle component manufacturing, are expected to generate approximately 12 billion TL in investment and create 1,400 new jobs. For the 2026 call period, 50 out of 74 preliminary applications have moved into the technical evaluation stage.
