Middlesbrough prepares for Birmingham City clash amid injury updates

Middlesbrough prepares to face Birmingham City in a Championship match this Saturday at St Andrew's @ Knighthead Park. Middlesbrough enters the fixture near the top of the table, having lost only once in their first seven matches.

Head coach Kim Hellberg expressed hope that Adilson Malanda will be fit to return for the weekend following an injury sustained against Norwich City. Malanda is considered a key player for the side. However, the team will be without Alfie Jones for this fixture.

Birmingham City currently sits in 10th place, one point behind the play-off positions. The team enters the match following a comeback victory against Derby County, fueled by goals from Carlos Vicente and Paik Seung-Ho.
