Midea unveils graphene-heated SpaceMaster oven

Midea has previewed the SpaceMaster Series, an 81-liter built-in oven designed for the European premium market, at IFA 2026. The appliance utilizes a ‘Graphene Turbo Airflow’ system to reach temperatures of up to 350°C.

The technology aims to address common household oven limitations, such as long preheating times and inconsistent temperatures. Midea claims the graphene-based heating architecture allows the heating element to reach target temperatures in 0.2 seconds and offers 17.5% faster preheating compared to conventional elements. The oven includes a dedicated pizza setup to facilitate high-heat baking.

The SpaceMaster Series is scheduled for a market launch in 2027.
