Midea unveils VitaBreeze smart air conditioning system

Midea has announced the launch of VitaBreeze, a new air conditioning system designed for personalized indoor climate control. The product made its global debut at IFA 2026 in Berlin and is scheduled for release across Europe in early 2027.

The system features several proprietary technologies, including AirGrid Intelligence, which allows users to map room layouts and manage airflow visually via a smartphone. It also utilizes Breezeless Pro technology, which uses micro-perforations to increase the air outlet area by 30%, aiming to provide cooling without direct, uncomfortable drafts.

Additional features include wide-angle coverage for consistent conditioning throughout a room, intelligent person detection to adjust airflow based on occupant presence, and ClimaBalance Precision to manage humidity levels alongside temperature.
