Miele and Hisense introduce new dishwasher technologies
Major appliance manufacturers are introducing new technologies to enhance dishwasher functionality. At the IFA exhibition, Miele unveiled the G8 Diamond, a high-end model utilizing artificial intelligence and a camera system called AutoVision. This technology allows the machine to recognize and process images to adjust washing cycles based on the load and type of dirt detected.
The G8 Diamond also features the ExcellentDry system, which adjusts hot air flow to eliminate water droplets on plastics and glassware, and the AutoDos system, which uses PowerDisk detergent discs for automatic dosing. Users can manage routines via the Miele App.
In a different approach, Hisense has introduced the HS622E10W, a freestanding dishwasher designed for standard kitchen spaces. It offers a capacity of 13 place settings and includes a half-load function. The model features six washing programs, including a 30-minute rapid wash and an ECO mode, with an energy efficiency rating of E.
