Mighty Wanderers and Ekhaya FC to face in Airtel Top 8 final

Mighty Wanderers and Ekhaya FC are set to face each other in the Airtel Top 8 final at Bingu Stadium in Lilongwe this Sunday. The match has gained significant attention due to the ‘Mpinganjira Derby’ narrative, as the two clubs are sponsored by father and son, Thom Mpinganjira and William Mpinganjira, respectively.

William Mpinganjira, who sponsors Ekhaya FC from his own funds, expressed confidence in his team, stating, “I believe Ekhaya will win the game. The pressure is on Mighty Wanderers not Ekhaya FC.”
