Migración Colombia expels six foreign nationals in Santander

Migración Colombia has expelled six foreign nationals from the Santander department following presidential orders. The enforcement actions took place in the Bucaramanga metropolitan area and the municipality of San Gil.

In Bucaramanga, three individuals were identified with records of behaviors contrary to coexistence and existing expulsion orders. In San Gil, an additional three individuals were identified for similar violations, including disturbing public peace, illegal substance use, and noise disturbances.

José Luis Castañeda Tiria, Director General of Migración Colombia, stated that the agency performs identification and verification of foreign citizens with criminal records or actions affecting security to exercise migratory authority within the legal framework.
