Miguel De Foronda appointed Philips Managing Director for Italy, Israel and Greece

Royal Philips announced that Miguel De Foronda Vaquero will become Managing Director for Italy, Israel and Greece, effective 1 August 2026. De Foronda, who has led Philips Iberia (Spain and Portugal) since 2016 and served as interim head of the three new markets, will add responsibility for the Southern European region while retaining his Iberia duties.

In his new role he said he will deepen collaboration across the markets, share best‑practice and innovation, and support the ongoing transformation of each country’s health‑care system, which is being driven by increased investment, demand for integrated care models and the need for sustainable, high‑quality services.
