Miguel Laiún removed from Escuela Técnica 2 directorship

The educational community of Escuela de Educación Secundaria Técnica N°2 is reacting to the removal of its director, Miguel Laiún, from his duties. According to Natalia Aveni, president of the school's cooperative, the removal is an administrative measure taken under the Teacher Statute to preserve institutional stability following cross-complaints between the director and certain teachers.

District Education Chief Paola Berro met with parents, teachers, the school cooperative, and the Suteba Junín union to provide clarity on the situation. Officials stated that the measure is intended to protect the director during private investigations into interpersonal conflicts and is not a judicial matter. While the investigation remains private, the community has expressed significant unrest, with former staff and parents calling for transparency and the director's reinstatement.
