Miguel Moura is driving the growth of the events sector at Ibis Guarulhos through integrated management of planning, organization, and service. With a background in gastronomy and ongoing studies in hospitality, Moura oversees the entire lifecycle of corporate meetings, social gatherings, and group stays.

His role emphasizes the importance of food and beverage (A&B) services, such as coffee breaks, in the overall guest experience. The Ibis Guarulhos facility features eight event rooms capable of hosting up to 400 people simultaneously, along with additional spaces like a rooftop to accommodate various meeting formats.
