Miguel Ángel Mariñez Comprés attends leadership program in Spain

Captain Miguel Ángel Mariñez Comprés is participating in the Public Management Leadership Program (PLGP) at the IESE Business School in Madrid, Spain. The training is designed to strengthen leadership and management capabilities within the public sector.

The program covers essential areas of modern public management, including decision-making, project management, strategy, negotiation, communication, ethics, and public-private collaboration. Through case studies and professional experience exchange, the curriculum aims to prepare participants to navigate complex institutional scenarios.

IESE Business School, through its Center for Public Leadership and Government, develops these programs to assist public administrators and social organization leaders in achieving more efficient management and addressing economic and social transformations.
