Miguel Olivera chosen as CC candidate for La Matanza de Acentejo

Miguel Olivera Rodríguez has been unanimously elected as the Coalición Canaria (CC) candidate for the Mayoralty of La Matanza de Acentejo for the 2027 municipal elections.

During an extraordinary assembly, Olivera expressed his commitment to initiating a “new stage” for the municipality. He emphasized the need for a generational shift and a political approach centered on dialogue and listening to both majorities and minorities. His platform focuses on revitalizing the social, economic, and cultural life of the town to create opportunities for younger residents and ensuring that existing infrastructure serves the active needs of the community.
