Miha Brejc launches petition for resignation of Zoran Stevanović

Miha Brejc, a former prominent member of the Slovenian Democratic Party (SDS) and former government minister, has launched an online petition calling for the resignation of Zoran Stevanović, the President of the National Assembly.

Brejc argues that Stevanović’s conduct is causing significant harm to Slovenia and constitutes a violation of the constitution. The petition aims to collect 10,000 signatures to demonstrate public dissatisfaction.

In addition to the demand for Stevanović’s resignation, the petition calls for the establishment of a parliamentary investigative commission regarding the Black Cube affair. It further requests that political parties including SDS, NSi, SLS, Fokus, Demokrati, and Resnica support the agenda to form this commission during the first session of the National Assembly following the summer holidays.
