Miikka Muurinen aims to become number one NBA Draft pick

Finnish basketball prospect Miikka Muurinen has expressed his ambition to become the number one overall pick in the NBA Draft. The 19-year-old, who is set to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks in the NCAA, shared his high aspirations in a recent interview.

Muurinen highlighted the influence of his time with Partizan Belgrade, where he developed a close relationship with Zabarie Parker. He noted that speaking with Parker daily about basketball and life helped him understand what is required to reach the next level of the sport. Muurinen stated, “I know what it takes to go to the next level and that is what I am trying to do. I am trying to become the No1 pick.”
