MIK Group appoints Tran Thi Minh Thuy as General Director

MIK Group has announced the appointment of Tran Thi Minh Thuy as the new General Director and legal representative of the corporation. Thuy brings extensive experience in finance, corporate governance, and real estate to the role.

Prior to this appointment, Thuy served as Chairwoman and CEO of Virex JSC within the Alphanam Group ecosystem. Her previous leadership roles include General Director of TT Homes Real Estate JSC and various management positions at Vinhomes JSC. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Nguyen Truong Son will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors for MIK Group. The company, established in 2014, plans to expand its operations beyond high-rise apartments into urban areas, resort real estate, and infrastructure. Key ongoing and upcoming projects include The Matrix One, Imperia Smart City, and the Forestia urban area brand.
