MIK Group breaks ground on Imperia Sensa Park in Ho Chi Minh City

MIK Group has commenced construction on Imperia Sensa Park, a new project in Ho Chi Minh City that introduces the ‘Discovery Residences’ concept to the Imperia brand. The project began construction in early August 2026.

Located in the East District on Vo Chi Cong Street, the development is situated between two riverfronts and features integrated green landscapes and water buffers. The project is designed to cater to a dynamic younger generation, offering specialized amenities such as a Creative Studio for content creation (podcasts and livestreams), co-working spaces, and wellness facilities including a Himalayan salt sauna.
