Paris Saint-Germain close to €60 million deal for Ajax winger Mika Godts FAST-MOVING
Paris Saint-Germain have submitted an official bid of more than €40 million for Ajax winger Mika Godts, with the total package, including bonuses, reported at around €45 million. Ajax have set a valuation of roughly €60 million, leaving a gap of about €15 million that the French club must bridge. The 21‑year‑old Belgian has already agreed personal terms with PSG and is keen to move to Paris, while Ajax technical director Jordi Cruyff says the club would prefer to keep him for another season but recognises the financial incentive.
The transfer also triggers a sell‑on clause for KRC Genk, the club that sold Godts to Ajax in 2023. Genk are entitled to 10 percent of any future profit, which could net them roughly €5‑6 million if the €60 million fee is realised. Interest from Premier League clubs has been reported, but PSG are currently the leading bidder.
Negotiations are ongoing, with both clubs working toward a final agreement that would see Godts sign a contract lasting until 2031‑32 if the deal is completed.
