Mika Godts finds form with Belgium amid PSG scrutiny
Mika Godts, a winger for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and the Belgium national team, is experiencing a resurgence in form during the international break. After a period of criticism regarding his performance at PSG following his €45 million transfer from Ajax, Godts has delivered standout performances for Belgium in the Nations League, including scoring against Italy.
Despite the recent boost in confidence with the national team, Godts continues to face scrutiny in Paris. While he has expressed serenity regarding his situation and the trust shown by manager Luis Enrique, his integration into the PSG squad remains a point of discussion. Reports also indicate that while Inter Milan had previously shown interest in the player, tactical incompatibilities with their formation prevented a move.
Separately, the Belgium national team is preparing for a Nations League fixture against Turkey. Historical data shows a balanced rivalry between the two nations, with both sides having secured three wins in their previous eleven encounters.
