Mika Singh questions perception of Pakistani Muslims

Indian singer Mika Singh has questioned the differing perceptions of Muslims in Pakistan compared to those in Dubai. During a conversation with Times Now, Singh stated that he does not believe the people of Pakistan are bad and noted the warmth he experienced during a 2019 visit.

Singh highlighted his personal connection to Pakistan through Sikh religious sites, such as Nankana Sahib and Panja Sahib. He recalled witnessing local Muslims assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of gurdwaras during his travels. He expressed confusion over why Pakistani Muslims are often viewed negatively while Muslims from Dubai are viewed favorably.

Additionally, the singer addressed the debate regarding Pakistani artists performing in India, stating he has no objection to Pakistani singers working in the country.
