Mika Singh reveals Daler Mehndi prank involving Amitabh Bachchan

Singer Mika Singh recently shared an anecdote regarding a long-term prank played on him by fellow singer Daler Mehndi. During an appearance on the 18th season of the show Kaun Banega Crorepati, Mika revealed that he spent six months believing he was communicating with Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan.

Mika explained that he had obtained a phone number he believed belonged to Bachchan and used it to send song links in hopes of gaining the actor's attention. After six months, he received a one-word reply, “Good,” which he believed came from the superstar. He later discovered that Daler Mehndi had been the one sending the messages and facilitating the perceived connection.

Mika also recalled earlier pranks from the set of Mehndi’s song “Na Na Na Na Re,” including a time when Mehndi convinced him that a large catering spread had been sent by Jaya Bachchan, when it was actually standard production food.
