Mika Wallentowitz supports Schalke while sidelined at Greuther Fürth

Mika Wallentowitz, an 18-year-old talent on loan from FC Schalke 04 to SpVgg Greuther Fürth, recently traveled to support his former club during their 5-2 DFB-Pokal victory against Hallescher FC.

Wallentowitz, who joined Schalke from Werder Bremen and has a contract until 2030, has seen limited playing time at Fürth, totaling only 15 minutes in recent matches. His current stint in the second division is intended to provide the necessary match experience to prepare him for Schalke's top-flight ambitions.

However, Wallentowitz faced a setback during Fürth's DFB-Pokal first-round match against VfL Bochum. Despite Fürth dominating possession and shots, they lost 2-1. Wallentowitz remained on the bench for the entire 90 minutes, unable to impact the game.
