Mikasa Cup All Japan Dance Sport Championships announced for 2026

The Japan Dance Sport Federation (JDSF) has announced the 46th Mikasa Cup All Japan Dance Sport Championships, scheduled to take place on October 17 and 18, 2026, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.

This prestigious event brings together top-tier athletes from across Japan to compete for national titles across various age categories, including Juvenile, Junior Olympic Cup, and Senior divisions. The tournament maintains a long-standing tradition, originally established in memory of the late Prince Mikasa, who served as the president of the former Japan Amateur Dance Association.

Advance ticket sales are set to begin on September 3, 2026. The event is supported by several organizations, including the Sports Agency and the Japan Olympic Committee.
