Mikasa Shōji launches free AI seminars in Japan

Mikasa Shōji will hold a series of free seminars on using Google’s Gemini generative AI to streamline school administration. The events are scheduled for July 30 in Fukuoka, August 3 in Osaka and August 6 in Tokyo, each running from 13:00 to 17:00.

Google’s Gemini will be presented in a keynote, followed by workshops led by School Agent, a firm that supports ICT adoption in education. Participants – municipal officials and educators – will see demonstrations of “work‑subtraction” techniques, hear case studies from teachers already using the technology, and experience hands‑on sessions.

The seminars are open to public‑ and private‑school staff at no cost, with registration through Mikasa Shōji’s website.
