Mikawa Bay Football Club to open new base at STATION Ai

Mikawa Bay Football Club, the operator of FC Kariya, has announced it will open a new operational base at STATION Ai, one of Japan’s largest open innovation hubs, effective September 1, 2026.

The club aims to use sports as a platform to connect people, corporations, government, and educational institutions. By establishing this second base alongside its existing Kariya office, the club intends to foster collaboration with startups and various organizations to create new businesses, services, and solutions for regional challenges.

Through this initiative, FC Kariya seeks to build a sustainable regional co-creation model that leverages sports to drive community revitalization, human resource development, and health promotion.
