Mike Huckabee condemns Israeli settlers as terrorists

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee has issued a sharp condemnation of Israeli settlers, labeling them ‘Israeli terrorists’ following the siege of three Palestinian families in the village of Qusra near Nablus.

The blockade, which began Sunday, has reportedly cut the families off from essential supplies including water and electricity. Huckabee, traditionally known as a strong supporter of Israeli settlements, described the incident as a ‘cruel terror act’ intended to intimidate and harass residents. He stated, ‘The actions carried out by those behind this terrible terror act, which is intended to intimidate and harass this family, are despicable. There is no excuse for such bullying behavior.’

Reports indicate that one of the affected properties is owned by a US citizen. While Israeli police and soldiers have reportedly attempted to intervene at the request of the United States, local residents have expressed skepticism regarding the effectiveness of the military response, citing historical ties between settlers and political systems.
