Despite the speculation, Santana emphasized that his priority is defending the TNA World Title at the upcoming Slammiversary event in Boston on June 28, where he will face Nic Nemeth.

He told journalist Justin Barrasso that “whatever happens after that happens after that,” underscoring that his preparation is solely for the match. Santana also noted his openness to opportunities that allow growth, but confirmed his current focus remains on Slammiversary.
