Mike Santana teases WWE signing with New York video ahead of Saturday Night's Main Event
Former TNA World Champion Mike Santana posted a video on July 15, the day he announced his free‑agency status. The clip features highlights from his TNA career, fan interactions and ends with him walking into an empty arena against recognizable New York City landmarks, while repeating his motto, “undesirable to undeniable.”
Santana’s last TNA match was at Slammiversary on June 28, where he dropped the TNA World Championship to Nic Nemeth. Rumors have circulated for months that he will join WWE, with sources saying the company expects him to sign before the end of the summer. WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event is scheduled for July 18 at Madison Square Garden, and the timing of Santana’s teaser has fueled speculation, though no official announcement has been made.
Santana previously wrestled for TNA (2017‑19), spent five years in AEW, and returned to TNA in 2024, winning the world title twice before his recent departure.
